IB DP components

Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS)

IB Diploma Programme students are required to fulfill approximately 150 hours of CAS.

Creativity – arts, and other experiences that involve creative thinking.

Activity – physical exertion contributing to a healthy lifestyle.

Service – an unpaid and voluntary exchange that has a learning benefit for the student.

What does CAS look like?

Aikido: A Japanese form of self-defence and martial art

Team Runners: Olympics here we come!

Horse riding is great fun!

It's always better to exercise together!

Yoga- don't try it if you're not warmed up!

Theatre and dance classes are a great opportunity for self-expression.

Making friends with fashion designers? Why not.

There's nothing better than a song or two to brighten the day.

Sharing our talents with the world. Opera singing.

Playing with children in social room. You can never be too old for that!

Helping children with studying is also a great experience.
